Yondr is a data center developer and operator that builds and operates dedicated capacity for hyperscale cloud and technology clients. The company’s markets include Northern Virginia and Toronto in the Americas; London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, and Berlin in Europe; and Johor, Jakarta, and Tokyo in Asia.
DigitalBridge and La Caisse completed the acquisition of Yondr on July 1, 2025. Yondr exited its EverYondr joint venture in India later that month.
