Vena Nexus has officially broken ground on Nexus Yang, a massive 157-acre green data center campus in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, designed to catalyze the region's AI and cloud computing capabilities.

In 2025, Vena Global Group Pte Ltd (“Vena Group”) announced the launch of Vena Nexus Group Pte Ltd (“Vena Nexus”), a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to the development of AI-ready data centre infrastructure (“AI-DC”). As part of this initiative, Vena Group has transferred all related activities, personnel, and development pipeline for AI-DC solutions from Vena Energy, its renewable energy arm, to Vena Nexus.
