TELUS operates an existing data center in Kamloops, British Columbia, that is now being expanded into part of its Canadian sovereign AI Factory network. The site is expected to support AI workloads alongside TELUS’ Rimouski and Vancouver facilities.
TELUS is adding a Mount Pleasant AI Factory at the M3 building in Vancouver through a Westbank-led conversion project. The site is expected to open in phases and become part of TELUS’ BC sovereign AI infrastructure cluster.
TELUS is tied to a planned downtown Vancouver AI data center at 150 West Georgia Street. The site is a Westbank/Allied project near BC Place and is expected to use district energy integration for heat recovery.
