Its portfolio focuses on enterprise colocation and connectivity, with site‐level materials describing staffed facilities and interconnection options. Segra’s commercial enterprise and carrier business has operated within Cox Communications since October 2021.

  • October 2021: Cox Communications completed the acquisition of Segra’s commercial enterprise and carrier business.
  • May 2020: Segra acquired NorthState Telecommunications Corporation.
  • January 2019: Rebranded from Lumos Networks and Spirit Communications to Segra.
  • December 2011: North State Communications agreed to acquire DataChambers, a colocation and managed services provider in North Carolina.
