PDG’s JC2 data center in Cibitung is located in the same campus as JC1 datacenter in Bekasi, right in the middle of one of the emerging cloud data center hubs of metro Jakarta that is approximately 40km from the city’s central business district.
TY1 is the first project in the Lendlease Data Centre Partners fund and also PDG’s first data centre in Japan. Lendlease, plans to invest US$490 million and PDG will contribute US$1 to fully fit out the data center.
MU1 is a 48 MW Data Center strategically located within a well-planned 50-acre IT/ITES campus at Airoli, Navi Mumbai. MU1’s location ensures highly reliable power supply and excellent network connectivity to support hyperscalers and enterprise customers.
BT1 site is in Nongsa Digital Park, which is about 20 km south of Singapore on the North-Eastern tip of Batam. The Indonesian Government designated Nongsa as a Special Economic Zone for digital economy and tourism in June 2021.
PDG is building a 150 MW hyperscale campus. With an investment of RM 2 billion (~USD 450 Million), the first phase of 60 MW is planned to be ready for service by Q2 2024.
PDG’s LF1 project in Langfang is in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Langfang, Hebei Province, China. The project covers an area of 51,564 square meters, with a building area of 92,261 square meters. The IT capacity is 66 MW.
