UK data center firm Lotus has received approval to build its first hyperscale complex near Cardiff. The project will include three eight-story facilities spanning 50,400 square meters (542,500 square feet).
The development, situated on a 1.85-acre vacant site within the Preston Farm Industrial Estate, will comprise two buildings (DC 01 and 02) totaling 1,725 sqm (18,595 sq ft).
