Data Center Partners (DCP), a German investor in data centers, has secured land in Mainz to develop a new data center.

DCP is a one-stop-shop investment boutique with focus on colocation and hyperscale data centers, covering the key stages of the data center lifecycle, from initial development to operations in strategic locations across the DACH region.
The Company, founded in 2021, is based in Munich and has currently around 25 employees, operating from all over the DACH region and beyond. DCP manages and develops assets with a current value of 660 Mio. EUR and close to 200 MW in operation or under development.

The site will offer 6,300 square meters (67,810 square feet) of white space across three floors, aiming for a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.2.
