Data Center Partners (DCP) is constructing a new data center in Munich, Germany. Situated in Unterschleißheim, less than 15 kilometers from the Bavarian capital, the DCMUC1 facility will have a utility power supply capacity of 30 MVA.
The site will offer 6,300 square meters (67,810 square feet) of white space across three floors, aiming for a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.2. The facility has been designed to meet Tier III standards. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by mid-2027.
