Custodian Data Centres

Custodian Data Centres' Dartford DA2 is a purpose-built, carrier-neutral colocation facility on the M25 edge of London, opened in 2022 as the operator's growth site beyond its original Maidstone home. Custodian designed, built and operates the site with its in-house engineering team, using cold-aisle containment to run at a PUE of 1.25 to 1.3 from commissioning. It offers private suites, dedicated halls and shared colocation, with white space held back for bespoke high-density builds.
