Site planned for 2028 and has expansions through 2030
Lot Size: 75 acres

Oakline at Mill Creek is a planned grid-reactive data center campus located in Salem, Oregon, developed by Verrus (backed by Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners) through its subsidiary Alderstone LLC.

Spanning 75 acres within the Mill Creek Corporate Center, the proposed development features multi-building construction totaling over 600,000 square feet, starting with an initial capacity in the dozens of megawatts. The facility is engineered to feature Verrus’s proprietary StabiliGrid technology—utilizing lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery storage and closed-loop cooling—to dynamically flex power usage in coordination with Portland General Electric (PGE), providing sustainable digital infrastructure while helping balance the regional energy grid.
