Year Planned: 2028
Lot Size: 1,945 acres
  • Update: In February 2026, the Columbia County Board approved the rezoning of White Oak Technology Park.

Commercial real estate firm Trammell Crow Company, a subsidiary of CBRE, intends to develop a large-scale data center campus in Columbia County. The project, named White Oak Technology Park, is slated to encompass roughly 1,945 acres in the vicinity of Morris Callaway Road and Innovation Parkway and may require up to ten years for full build-out.

The planned 8 million square feet of development would create a campus exceeding the size of the Mall of Georgia and incorporate six substations to meet the facility's significant power demands.
