Investment manager Azora is launching a new hyperscale data center platform in Europe with a $2 billion campus near Zaragoza, Spain, through its subsidiary Tillion Data Centers. Located near Villamayor de Gállego, the facility was approved by Red Eléctrica in 2024, with construction starting in 2026. It will use a closed-loop cooling system and be powered by on-site generation or Power Purchase Agreements.
