Bitcoin mining company T-Rex Acquisition Corp. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire an operating cryptocurrency mining data center in Roberta, Georgia, through its subsidiary M M & E 2, LLC.

Purchased from Cryptaugh LLC and Sonace LLC, the facility sits on a 5.8-acre parcel of land and includes six portable mining containers alongside an electrical services contract. The strategic acquisition marks T-Rex's second major cryptomine following its 2025 purchase of a facility in Orofino, Idaho.
