2026-03-18 — Switch adds ~124 acres about 3.5 miles southeast along US-93 (11421 US-93) from Apex Grand LLC; a 16-acre add-on on 2026-05-27 brings that tract to ~140 acres, $95M combined.
May 2026 — North Las Vegas residents raise questions about Switch's intentions for the land; no plans disclosed.
