This Alpharetta, Georgia data center was purpose-built in 1999 as SunGard Availability Services' ATL-11650 single-tenant disaster-recovery and colocation facility. Unlike many of SunGard's East Coast sites, ATL-11650 did not come through the November 2001 Comdisco Availability Solutions acquisition — SunGard operated it from inception.
In 2021, the underlying real estate was sold to Mapletree Industrial Trust for $27M; 365 Data Centers continues to operate the facility as the tenant. The site transferred into 365's portfolio as part of the broader SunGard colocation portfolio acquisition.
