Sequitor Edge is building a Tier-III, 40,000 ft² data center on 16 acres inside Kearney’s TechoNE Crossing tech park, Nebraska. Powered by dual-feed NPPD substations and multiple fiber routes, the facility will offer 5-100 kW racks, colocation, GPU/AI-as-a-Service and cloud on-ramps for regional enterprise, healthcare and ag-tech workloads. The facility is planned to be operational in early 2027.
