Related Digital TOR1 sits at 17 Vondrau Drive in Cambridge, Ontario, in the ICT corridor between Waterloo and Toronto. Related Digital, TowerBrook Capital Partners and Ascent hold the campus through a joint venture. Related Digital develops and owns; Ascent is the operating partner.
A 54 MW hyperscale expansion was delivered in summer 2025 and is pre-leased to CoreWeave on a long-term basis. CPP Investments and Deutsche Bank Private Credit & Infrastructure funded construction through a C$450M loan split evenly between them, with Deutsche Bank as lead lender. The original data halls contribute a further 6.5 MW.
OVHcloud operates a separate deployment in part of the building.
