Related Digital TOR1 sits at 17 Vondrau Drive in Cambridge, Ontario, in the technology corridor between Waterloo and Toronto. Related Digital, TowerBrook Capital Partners and Ascent hold the campus through a joint venture. Related Digital develops and owns; Ascent is the operating partner.
A hyperscale expansion was delivered in summer 2025 and is pre-leased to CoreWeave on a long-term basis. CPP Investments and Deutsche Bank funded construction through a C$450M loan split evenly between them, with Deutsche Bank as lead lender. OVHcloud runs its Toronto-area cloud region from part of the building.
GrandBridge Energy serves the campus from Preston TS and the Energy+ MTS#1 station on Hydro One's 230 kV system.
