Racks Central Minhang

The Shanghai Dingxiang Data Center is in the Zizhu National Hi-Tech Zone, southeast of Minhang District in Shanghai. The Zizhu Hi-Tech Park has succeeded in attracting many regional headquarters of multinational corporations such as Microsoft, Intel, ST Micro-Electronics, Infosys, SanDisk, ExxonMobil, Coca-Cola, Neusoft, COMAC, Fiat Chrysler and BorgWarner.

Designed to meet TIA942 R3 standard and PUE of 1.35, the data center spans 10,000m2 with raised floor area to hold 1,500 racks. Each rack is powered by 2 x 5MVA power source from 2 different sub-stations. Power for cooling the data center has 2 x 2MVA. All power sources are configured with N+1 redundancy backed up by 4 x 2.25MVA diesel generators and UPS which last 15 minutes at full load.

Shanghai Dingxiang Data Center offers a full suite of colocation services to meet today’s customer demands in flexibility for cloud hosting, the power requirement of hyperscale data center and the network requirement of software defined data center.

Situated in a ready-built bomb bunker, the Shanghai Dingxiang Data Center reinforce this with 24 x 7 dedicated security team to ensure perimeter security is never compromised. All visitors are made to go through the security process before they are escorted into the facility.
