QScale is developing a data center campus focused on AI computing with two 5-story buildings. Each building will have 41,625 square meters (450,000 sq ft) of floor area, totaling 900,000 sq ft at completion. The buildings will be constructed in four phases each.
The first building of QScale Q01 Campus began construction in 2021. Phase 1 and 2 are complete, each providing 40,000 sq ft of white space. Upon completion of all eight phases, the site will offer 320,000 sq ft of white space.
