Project West WHP - GA LLC plans to construct a $9.7 billion data center campus in close proximity to LaGrange. The development will span 513 acres of unincorporated land in Troup County. The Project West campus will consist of six industrial buildings, each measuring 252,000 square feet (23,410 square meters), amounting to a total of 1.5 million square feet (139,355 square meters), along with an accompanying electrical substation.

The project is slated for completion in three phases: Phase I is expected to conclude by 2028, with Phases II and III scheduled for completion in 2030 and 2033, respectively. According to the filing, the fully developed campus is projected to have a total value of $6 billion.
