PowerHouse Data Centers (PowerHouse), announced it has closed on the site of “PowerHouse Reno,” a three-building, 900,000 square foot powered shell data center campus being developed in Reno, Nevada. Powerhouse Reno is PowerHouse's first site outside of northern Virginia, and will provide more than 65 MW of bridging power, which is scheduled to be in-place by year-end 2025.
