PowerHouse Data Centers and Poe Companies are developing the $9.6 billion Carrollton Industrial Campus in Carroll County, Kentucky.

Spanning 550 acres east of Interstate 71, the hyperscale site includes land purchased directly from Carrollton Utilities along Greens Bottom Road and KY 389. The developers are privately funding all grid and utility upgrades. This project marks the pair's second major Kentucky data center campus, following their initial development in Louisville.
