PowerBridge: Alpha Digital Campus

The Alpha Digital Campus, a massive data center project, is set to be developed in Reeves County, Texas, following a lease agreement between LandBridge and PowerBridge.

Situated on approximately 3,400 acres in the Delaware sub-region of the Permian Basin, the site is strategically located near the Waha natural gas hub to leverage local energy resources. The campus will feature co-located power generation and a private use network, with initial power delivery scheduled for 2027 and large-scale operations expected by 2028. This "pad-ready" development is designed to support high-density hyperscale requirements, capitalizing on the region’s vast land availability and favorable infrastructure for large-scale digital deployments.
