OADC unveils new data center in DR Congo

Open Access Data Centres' Lagos facility (OADC Lagos) is engineered to be the most client-centric data center in West Africa. WIOCC Group subsidiary Open Access Data Centres (OADC) is investing up to $240 million to increase the capacity of its Lagos data center by 2027.
This is the first data center in OADC's pan-African network to receive certification from the Uptime Institute. The site is designed to serve telcos, ISPs, cloud operators, content providers, internet exchanges, and major enterprises looking to expand their operations in West Africa.
The Equiano subsea cable directly connects to this data center.
