The facility is a master-planned technology campus encompassing four hectares in the Maiyegun area of Lekki. Positioned as a strategic digital gateway for West Africa, the site is structurally engineered to support accelerated computing workloads, private enterprise clouds, and high-performance GPU infrastructure. The campus provides low-latency carrier-neutral connectivity by maintaining direct proximity to six major international subsea cable landing stations, including Equiano and 2Africa. The operational framework incorporates a dedicated high-voltage grid connection paired with an on-site hybrid energy system consisting of gas generation, solar assets, and battery storage to ensure stable, multi-layered power redundancy
