Open Access Data Centres (OADC) was established in 2018 with African developmental support/funding from IFC and Proparco; now part-owned by 10 major African telecom operators, leading Africa focused private equity fund manager, African Capital Alliance (ACA) and IFC.
WIOCC Group is the parent company of Group companies Open Access Data Centres (OADC), WIOCC and Open Access Technical Services (OATS).
