Developed on a repurposed 96-acre former textile manufacturing site, the data center is engineered to meet hyperscale specifications and support advanced AI workloads. Under the terms of the deal, Nscale will begin occupying the space in April 2026, with the potential to double its footprint by the end of 2027.
