WhiteFiber, the high-performance computing subsidiary of Bit Digital, has secured a landmark $865 million, ten-year agreement with neocloud provider Nscale for substantial capacity at its NC-1 facility in Madison, North Carolina.
Developed on a repurposed 96-acre former textile manufacturing site, the data center is engineered to meet hyperscale specifications and support advanced AI workloads. Under the terms of the deal, Nscale will begin occupying the space in April 2026, with the potential to double its footprint by the end of 2027. This partnership underscores the rapid transformation of industrial infrastructure into cutting-edge digital hubs capable of powering the next generation of global AI compute.
