Frankfort 1 was the first planned building in Logistix Property Group's original 833-acre data center plan in Frankfort, Indiana. This record covers the 718 acres of county farmland north of the railroad.

In July 2025, affiliate Logix Realty withdrew its city rezoning request and moved the project to Clinton County.
In January 2026, the Clinton County commissioners denied the farmland rezoning 3-0. No appeal was filed.
Development moved to the 115 city acres south of the tracks, now DataOne's Logix Innovation Campus.
