In 2025, KT Cloud opened its Gyeongbuk AI Cloud Data Center in Yecheon-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. This project was a public-private partnership with the Gyeongsangbuk-do and Yecheon-gun Office. KT had previously acquired the site and its auxiliary facilities in 2023. The four-story data center has a total floor area of 9,830 square meters (105,790 sq ft).
