The Canal Flats facility is located in the Canadian Rockies, 100km from Cranbrook regional airport (population 20,000) and 500km east of Vancouver.

Situated on a 10-acre freehold site owned by IREN, the facility has full fiber connectivity and a fabrication workshop that supports our other facilities.

The site is connected to the BC Hydro network (69kV) via a 30MW on-site substation owned by IREN.

The highly skilled management team has significant experience in the management and operation of the data centers. The facility supports approximately 20 full-time local jobs in Canal Flats.
