The Waco Data Center Park is a landmark $10 billion digital infrastructure project located on 520 acres in McLennan County, Texas.

Developed by Infrakey DC Parks in a public-private partnership with the City of Lacy Lakeview, the district is designed to support the massive power and cooling demands of next-generation AI and hyperscale workloads. At full build-out, the site is planned to feature a 21-building campus with a total capacity of up to 925MW, supported by unique "behind-the-meter" infrastructure including a dedicated 1.2GW natural gas-fired power plant and a reclaimed water cooling system.
