This data center was operated by Sentinum, Inc. ("Sentinum"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ault Alliance. Ault Alliance rebranded as Hyperscale Data, Inc. on September 10, 2024.

Data center firm Hyperscale Data is aiming to expand the capacity of its southern Michigan facility to 300 megawatts. The existing facility occupies approximately 100,000 square feet within a larger 617,000 square foot building located on a 34.5-acre site. Benefiting from its proximity to power sources, the completion of the power upgrade is projected to take 44 months from the signing of a formal Letter of Authorization between Alliance Cloud and the utility, which is currently under negotiation.
