Schneider Electric has launched a new range of 2.5MW power modules for hyperscale, neocloud, colocation, and AI data centers. The standardized, prefabricated modules and power skids use Schneider’s Galaxy VXL UPS technology and are based on reference designs developed with Nvidia for its GB300 NVL72 AI platform. They include integrated power management and liquid cooling controls. The systems are available in 2MW, 2.25MW, and 2.5MW configurations, with the 2.5MW model being Schneider’s largest power module to date. The company says its standardized approach can simplify data center power infrastructure and enable manufacturing in as little as six months.
“Today’s data center operators are under immense pressure to deploy AI-ready infrastructure faster, more efficiently and at greater scale,” said Tarunjeet Sarao, SVP for data center systems at Schneider Electric.

This represents a major step forward in helping customers build the next generation of AI factories, AI hubs and large-scale digital infrastructure.”
The modules integrate Schneider Electric’s UPS, switchgear, cooling, batteries, busway, and power distribution systems in factory-tested enclosures. Production and testing take place at its expanded Barcelona facility, which has 5,000 sqm of production space. The solutions are available in Europe, with North America and other markets to follow later this year.
