Hyperco Data Systems plans a second data center on the Hiivuri industrial site in Koria, immediately west of the Hyperco facility already under construction. The project will comprise a two-story data center building and several supporting structures, including substations, a gatehouse, vehicle and maintenance space, a civil-defense shelter, and fire-water infrastructure. The city approved the construction permit in June 2026, although the ordinary appeal period remains open.
