Google signed a lease for a 1.1 million square foot warehouse in the Silver Creek Business Park in Fort Worth, Tarrant County. The property is within the 520-acre business park developed by Majestic Realty. The facility was built in 2023 by Majestic Realty, a California-based firm with D-FW offices that handle real estate at the Fort Worth Stockyards.

This location is anticipated to house data center materials as the company moves forward with plans to expand its existing data center campuses in Midlothian and Red Oak.
