The Morgan County Economic Development Corp. obtained approval to rezone the agricultural land for this purpose. Located outside of Indianapolis, the planned unit development (PUD) will include five buildings: four large structures and one smaller building situated east of the property's electrical transmission line. The project was approved for rezoning in September 2025.
