The Google White Oak Technology Park (also designated as the Columbia County Data Center) is an 8.07 million-square-foot hyperscale campus situated on 1,900 acres in Appling, Columbia County, Georgia.
Originally master-planned and submitted under a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) application by developer Trammell Crow Company in April 2025, the site was officially announced in July 2026 with Google as its sole end-user and operator. The development encompasses 23 individual data center buildings totaling over 8 million square feet of critical operational footprint supported by six on-site electrical substations, with phased construction planned across a ten-year buildout horizon.
