RackBank is set to develop a substantial 4.35 million sq ft (404,686 sqm) data center campus in Sriperumbudur, Chennai, which they've named GigaCampus ONE. This massive facility is projected to offer 2.96 million sq ft (275,425 sqm) of colocation space.

To power this hyperscale campus, RackBank Datacenters signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian renewable energy firm Renew Power in 2021. This partnership aims to provide clean energy for the upcoming Chennai data center.
