Galaxy Digital is developing an artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) campus on a 500-acre land parcel located within the McGregor Industrial Park in McLennan County, Texas.

Known during land negotiations as Project Merlin, the project features an initial phase targeted for power delivery in 2028, with plans to scale into a multi-hundred-megawatt campus through 2030. To support high-density workloads while protecting local infrastructure, Galaxy is privately funding a dedicated electrical substation, paying for local transmission upgrades, and implementing a closed-loop cooling system to limit municipal water consumption.
