The company was established in 2021 and has announced expansions including a 20 MW campus in Bangkok, a 40 MW site in Madrid, and a joint venture in Greece with a 12.5 MW first phase at Spata. In 2025 it disclosed a $2.3 billion, 144 MW AI focused project in Jakarta and plans to enter the United States market with a large scale build program.
