• 24/7 onsite staff and remote monitoring from geographically disperse Operations Centers

• 20kW per cabinet capacity
• Redundant utility feeds from separate sub-stations
• 50% of utility power from non-carbon sources
• Diesel generator for all critical loads
• UPS with N+1 power modules and battery strings
• Redundant (A+B) power distribution available to each cabinet
• Power metering and utilization reporting by circuit, cabinet and cage

HVAC:

• N+1 continuous cooling systems located in a secured mechanical corridor
• Redundant chillers with high-efficiency outdoor heat exchangers
• Hot/cold aisle alignment with containment options available
• 36” deep raised access floor for cold air supply
• Ceiling plenum for ducted hot air return
• Set points maintain ASHRAE standards for data centers
• CRAC system and environmental monitoring for temperature, humidity, dew point, airflow, smoke and leaks
