A $27.1 million data center project is underway in El Paso, Texas. US Investment Farm firm Oppidan is building the 61,555 sq ft facility on a greenfield site located at North Loop Drive. Construction is planned between January 2025 and January 2026. Oppidan lists Connect Data Centers as a subsidiary.

The site is currently undeveloped. Hunt Eastlake Industrial, LLC filed to rezone the land to industrial in 2022.
