In the heart of Rancho Cordova's largest business park less than 100 miles from San Francisco, Cerulean operates this Tier III secure carrier-neutral data center with 50,000 sq. ft. of raised floor space and 10 megawatts (MW) of power capacity in seismically-neutral Sacramento.

The building is equipped with a Lenel security system, fully redundant uninterruptible power, on-site fuel storage, multiple independent bandwidth paths, redundant power feeds, N+1 power plant configuration, 24 x 7 x 365 on-site security, monitoring, and customer support, and service level guarantees at or exceeding 99.999%. This data center was originally designed and built for EDS as a state-of-the-art data and call center and a major fiber node.
