Telstra Exchange Facility and Property for Sale Near Melbourne, Australia.

Melbourne
Centuria Industrial REIT is planning to build a high-capacity, AI-ready facility at its industrial campus in Melbourne's southeast. The project follows Centuria's $417 million acquisition of the 3.2-hectare site in 2020, which was the largest single industrial transaction in Australia at the time. By utilizing land recently surrendered by the site's primary tenant, Telstra, the development aims to scale the location’s digital infrastructure to meet the accelerating demand for cloud and AI "factories."
Development approvals and power allocations are currently progressing, with construction expected to commence following the decommissioning of legacy infrastructure by mid-2027.
