Bilt Tek is set to develop a five-building data center campus in the Tervaharju area of Kemi. The company secured a construction permit in September 2025 to build on 7,000 square meters (75,345 sq ft) of city-owned land.
The campus will be located between Perämerentie and Kiveliönkatu, near the local fire station and the highway. Preliminary discussions are underway with the power firm Kemin Energia to connect the facility to the local district heating network.
