Avaio Digital has announced the development of Avaio Digital Leo, a massive 760-acre data center campus in Pulaski County, Arkansas, representing the largest economic investment in the state’s history. With an initial $6 billion investment for the first phase, the project is scheduled to break ground in early 2026 and reach completion by June 2027.
The campus, which has the potential to exceed $21 billion in total investment through full development, is designed as a premier "AI-ready" hub to support the infrastructure demands of cloud computing and high-performance workloads. Positioned near Little Rock, the site leverages substantial on-site natural gas infrastructure and sustainable design features, signaling Arkansas's emergence as a significant new power in the global digital infrastructure landscape.
