With an initial $6 billion investment for the first phase, the project is scheduled to break ground in early 2026 and reach completion by June 2027.
The campus, which has the potential to exceed $21 billion in total investment through full development, is designed as a premier "AI-ready" hub to support the infrastructure demands of cloud computing and high-performance workloads.
