Atlas Capital Group, a real estate firm, is considering building a one-million-square-foot data center in Bloomfield, Connecticut. The proposed facility would be located on a 44-acre plot of vacant land, a former tobacco field just north of Hartford. The plans include a 900,000-square-foot data center and a separate 127,000-square-foot substation.
The firm presented its informal proposal to the Town Plan and Zoning Commission in June 2025.
