Amazon Data Services acquired a 33-acre property known as TransDulles Centre 2 at 45900 Pathfinder Plaza on June 2024 for $135.75 million. The campus features three one-story data centers totaling approximately 442,000 square feet (41,065 sqm). Built in 2017, AWS is believed to have already been a tenant of these facilities.

Peterson Companies plans to construct two data centers in Dulles, Virginia. The data center project will be situated near 22900 Platform Plaza, west of Sully Road and south of S. Sterling Boulevard, in Loudoun County. Dubbed the Silverbrook Project, the company intends to develop two 27,000 sq ft (2,500 sqm) buildings on the currently undeveloped 16-acre site.
