Amazon Data Services acquired the 269-acre site of the planned Devlin Technology Park in Prince William County, Bristow, in late 2025. The company purchased the land from Stanley Martin Homes for $700 million. The site, currently zoned as planned mixed residential and located northwest of Devlin Road and Linton Hall Road, was initially intended to house a 4.2-million-square-foot data center complex. At approximately $3.7 million per acre, the sale price significantly exceeds the already high average for data center-zoned land in Virginia, especially compared to the less than $60 million Stanley Martin reportedly paid for the property.
