Aligned Data Centers has acquired a 197-acre parcel within the Conesville Industrial Park in Ohio, signaling their intent for a new data center development. This marks their third property in the state, adding to existing developments in Perkins Township (Sandusky) and Pataskala.
The acquired land is strategically located adjacent to the former AEP Conesville Power Plant. Aligned Data Centers plans a multi-billion-dollar project on the site, with the potential to develop up to four buildings. The company has already secured a foundational customer for its initial data center, aiming for capacity delivery by 2026.
